Hi, Im Aundrea! I’m a licensed esthetician and I’ve been a professional waxer for 4 years. I absolutely love what I do and I’m known for my fun and bubbly personality. I make every appointment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I’m focused on providing judgement free and smooth skin waxing! I have in depth experience and pay the most attention to detail. I use hard wax products, that are vegan & hypoallergenic for all skin types. Located inside of Stardust Studios (@stardust Reno on instagram) which are wellness focused salon suites, meant for relaxation and healing. *This space offers a sauna and meditative spaces, and for those reasons we cannot allow children under any circumstances.* There is adequate parking in the back of the building, and even on the street on wells! Unit #8 faces Wells Avenue! The building is locked so TEXT me when you’re here so I can let you in! If I don’t respond back right away I may be with a client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment. 100% fee for no shows, and will need to pay in full before next service can be scheduled. Cancellation fees will be evaluated in the event of unsafe weather conditions. **Your health and safety are important to me and myself. If you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. The cancellation fee may still apply within the 24 hour cancellation window.** Late policy- if you will be more than 10 minutes late, please contact me so we can reschedule. If I can get you in the same day, the 50% cancellation fee will be waved!
